Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom design work created specifically for their project. This includes:

• Custom graphics and design elements created for your website
• Website content you have provided or we have created on your behalf

Diamond Web Studios retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.

• Ensure they have the rights to any content provided to us
